Recently, TownHall and Endorser Agent aka Keith Woods (pictured above), Senior Account Manager of a National Telecom Company had a chance to catch up. Here is what Keith had to say:

Q. What do you think of the telecom industry these days? It used to be which crook is cheaper. Now that all of the bad clec's are gone, the quality of the companies still around is better.

Q. What makes you a top rep in your company? Activity basically.

Q. Why to you work with TownHall? I trust in the people I work with there. It's a different part of the sale I don't want to deal with. I sell big pipes, I don't need the headache on something my company barely pays me on. Besides I make a ton more money on conferencing with TownHall.

Q. Any advice for other Account Managers out there? Relationships are important. Don't cycle through vendor partners. I've been with mine through high and low. We all have bills, be up front, don't drop a vendor just because you haven't done anything with them in the last 90 days.
