Recently, TownHall and Endorser Agent aka Roger Maris (pictured above), Senior Account Manager of a National Telecom Company had a chance to catch up. Here is what Roger had to say:

Q. What do you think of the telecom industry these days? I think a couple of bad apples still need shaken off the tree, but overall its moving in the right direction.

Q. What makes you a top rep in your company? Simple, I work. I see unsuccessful reps spend more time pretending to work than actually working.

Q. How did you hear about TownHall? Our whole office is working with TownHall, it would be stupid not to.

Q. Any advice for other Account Managers out there? Take an extra three seconds and ask the question; do you use audio conferencing or a webex type product? The ROI on the time it takes to ask the question can add up to thousands of dollars.
